Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Poker Face website, mobile applications, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms and any updates thereto. You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of any entity you represent.

Changes to This Agreement

Poker Face reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace any part of this User Agreement and Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the “last updated” date, and may provide additional notice through the site, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued access to or use of the Services after such changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated agreement, you must stop using the Services.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poker Face and its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. We do not warrant that the content on the site is accurate, complete, current, or free from errors, and any reliance on such information is at your sole risk. Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Services or this agreement shall be limited to the amount you have paid, if any, to Poker Face for access to the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Poker Face Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, and you must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach. You agree not to engage in any conduct that could interfere with the operation or security of the Services, including but not limited to spreading malware, scraping content without authorization, attempting to gain unauthorized access, or harassing, defaming, or infringing upon the rights of others. Poker Face reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any violation of this agreement or for conduct that we reasonably believe to be harmful, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable.
